At Kathy’s Excellent Spa, we take great pride in offering high-quality skincare products and fajas to support your beauty and wellness journey. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Kathy’s Excellent Spa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and/or file a claim.

  • We will do our best to assist, but we cannot replace orders that carriers confirm as delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

To protect the health and safety of our customers, all skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened or delivered.

This includes serums, creams, cleansers, scrubs, capsules, and all topical products.

Skincare Products

  • Final Sale — No returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will gladly replace or correct the order.

Fajas (Shapewear)

For hygienic reasons and to maintain product integrity:

  • Fajas are final sale once tried on or removed from packaging.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, and only if the item is unworn, unwashed, in brand-new condition with tags, and packaging is intact.

  • Requests for a size exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Important:

Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that show signs of wear, stretching, fragrance, or damage.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@kathysexcellentspa.com

  2. Attach a clear photo of the product and packaging

  3. Include your order number and name

We will provide a replacement or solution promptly.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.
