• 24 hours in advance for regular appointments

• 7 days or more in advance for seminars

Failure to do so may result in:

• A cancellation fee or

• A forfeited deposit

No-Shows

No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount and may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Seminars

Seminars may require:

• A deposit

• A minimum number of attendees

• Advance booking

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified promptly, and refunds or credits will be provided as applicable.

5. Product Sales

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, fajas and skincare products are final sale, unless defective, damaged upon arrival, or faja sizing issues, in which case, we can grant a one-time exchange if item has been unworn, unwashed, it is in brand new condition with tags, and packaging is intact.

Customers must notify us via email of any issues within 24 hours of receiving a product.

Shipping

Shipping times vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
